Any objection or complaint relating to the rules of a particular Show Executive should be made to that Show Executive in accordance with the procedure set out in such rules, except a complaint relating to a J.M.B. Certificate or a B.S.P.S. Judge.
Members wishing to register an objection or complaint, whether it is against the judge course builder, exhibitor or the organiser of a show or otherwise, should write to the B.S.P.S. office. Two separate letters must be received from unrelated adult members of different families and they must be received within 14 days of the date of the event giving rise to the objection or complaint. The matter will then be dealt with in accordance with the procedure laid down in the B.S.P.S. Rules.
Whilst officiating a B.S.P.S. judge, course builder or steward, when wishing to register an objection or complaint against a member, should write to the B.S.P.S. office within 14 days of the date of the event giving rise to the objection or complaint. The matter will then be dealt with in accordance with the procedure laid down in the B.S.P.S. rules.
A Show Secretary wishing to register an objection or complaint against a judge or member, should write to the B.S.P.S. office, this must be received within 14 days of the date of the event giving rise to the objection or complaint. The matter will then be dealt with in accordance with the procedure laid down in the B.S.P.S. Rules.
